: The study was financed by research support provided by the University of Basel and by the Freie Akademische Gesellschaft Basel (personal career grant for completion of PhD thesis, no grant number assigned; ExternalRef removed). The funder did not play any role in the study design, data collection and analysis, decision to publish, or preparation of the manuscript.
: Written informed consent was obtained prior to data collection.
: Study documents were reviewed by the responsible ethics committee (Ethikkommission Nordwest- und Zentralschweiz; EKNZ). The EKNZ declared that the study does not fall under the Swiss Human Research Act (Art. 2) because no health-related data were collected and data were coded and pseudonymised. Also, interviewing health professionals does not require ethical approval in Switzerland. Hence, ethical approval was not needed. Nevertheless, the EKNZ issued a declaration of no objection (Req-2019-00467) confirming that the project fulfils the scientific and ethical standards for research with humans (Art. 51, Swiss Human Research Act).
