: For the BCH dataset, all data was de-identified for the purposes of the study and deemed non-human subject research per the Federal Regulation 45 CFR 46 “Protection of Human Subjects”. As such, waiver of consent was granted by the Institutional Review Board of Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center, Protocol #13-055, as secondary use research.
