: Informed consent, in oral form, was acquired from all research participants (all of them adults) immediate before having the conversation. They have voluntarily participated in the conversations and were able to withdraw from them anytime they were not interested in continuing it. The consent was for the conversation as well as for the publication. I took every care for the protection of the human subjects involved in the research. “Do no harms”, was the main strategy while conducting the research. Furthermore, to maintain confidentiality, privacy, and safety of informants pseudonyms have been used not only to refer to the persons but also to refer to the location of the field site where I conducted community ethnography and institutional ethnography at the local health facility.
