: The questionnaire and methodology for this study was approved by the Research Ethics Review Committee of the Maldives National University (Ethics approval number: RE_2020_BS-05).
: Informed consent was obtained from all respondents that participated in the study. Participants were provided information about the study via an information sheet. Additionally, participants’ individual queries were addressed by the survey facilitators where applicable. A question posed as an item statement on informed consent was agreed to, by the participants, by selecting the accept option on the survey instrument before proceeding to the survey items.
