: The questionnaire, as well as the survey and methodology for this study, follows the American Association of Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) which address ethical considerations for the survey and questionnaire.

: This study collects identifiable information as well as sensitive information. It was obtained from all participants and/or their legal guardians conducted in an electronic format. There are 445 participants who have joined the survey using electronic questionnaire. The age of participants ranged from 18 to 74 years old. 62% of them are female, while 38% are male. Collected data were obtained electronically using Google Form. the data contain personal identifying information. There are no identifiers retained and linked to the data. All author(s) have access to the data. The questionnaire and survey had been shared to public on July 2–27, 2022. We ensure to keeping the data anonymized. Author(s) have recruited subjects into this research as participants. Methods of recruitment using e-flyers, email, personal chat via WhatsApp and Line. The research has taken place in the national level (Indonesia). It was also represented on the regional background of participants. There were 29 provinces included as participant’s regional background. The research procedures have been conducted with subjects including data that was obtained in methodology.
