: Our institution’s relevant body deemed ethical approval not required because the study was not medical research nor regarded human experimentation as stated in the Declaration of Helsinki. All procedures performed were in accordance with the ethical guidelines outlined by the Human Subjects Ethics Committee of Rey Juan Carlos University, considering obtained and anonymized data for this non-interventional study. In the survey and interviews, a preamble was included indicating the collection of information for a research project, explaining what it consists of and what it is intended to obtain (objectives, the benefits that the information will bring, the voluntary nature of participation, the anonymous treatment of the data and reference to the treatment of the information in accordance with the Data Protection Act). There was also a contact person from whom information could be requested.
: Informed consent to participate in the study was obtained from all participants. In the survey, a paragraph was included in which the respondent voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and that he/she gave his/her tacit consent by voluntarily answering the survey. In the interview, the participant knew the privacy and confidentiality rules before agreeing to the interview. They voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and that he/she gave his/her tacit consent by voluntarily answering the interview.
