: All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The study was not approved by an ethics committee because no physical or psychological discomfort or harm due to participation in this study was expected. Moreover, we did not use invasive methods and did not include in the survey underage respondents, considering that KSA does not accept underage participants (not younger than 18 years old).

: This article contains an online survey conducted with KSA participants. As the survey was conducted online, participation in the survey was voluntary. Nevertheless, the beginning of the Survey included the information consent as below: <i>“You are invited to participate in a research study related to the importance of non-formal education in promoting the image of Kosovo to the international public. If you agree to participate in this study, you will fill out a survey consisting of 10 questions that will take about 5 minutes to complete. The information you will share with us if you participate in this research will be kept completely confidential to the full extent of the law”.</i>
