: There was no ethical approval required. The procedures used in this study adhere to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. Firstly, all respondents were given informed consent, volunteered to take the experiment and were paid accordingly. Secondly, the experiment pledged to protect the privacy of the respondents by using their data only for scientific research and not for other purposes.

: Respondents obtained informed consent while undergoing the experiment in June 2022 and Dec 2023. At the beginning of the experiment, respondents were informed that the purpose of the experiment was to investigate employees’ perception of career achievement in the intelligent service environment and that they could voluntarily choose to participate in the survey.
