Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were under the ethical standards of Addis Ababa University, Center for African and Asian Studies research with the international and national ethical guidelines and their amendments. The study was approved by the Center for African and Asian Studies post-graduate research committee, which consists of four review committees, Addis Ababa University (July 12, 2022; Ref.
