: The study protocol was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the National Taiwan University Hospital (case number 201907138RIND), and all research was performed in accordance with relevant guidelines in the Declaration of Helsinki.
: Adult outpatients from two medical centers and a psychiatric hospital were invited to participate in the study. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study, who were interviewed by trained research assistants to collect data and complete questionnaires.
