: Ethical approval was not sought for this study as data is derived from publicly available sources. Furthermore, the data was collected via an API from a third-party source, Sixgill, a company that provides CTI services and regularly monitors the Darknet for its clients. Additionally, no information in the data could expose people’s personal details. Data that potentially could be used to assume the writer’s identity based on a pseudonym was eliminated from the analyses and does not appear in the dataset. The focus of this study is ideological/thematic content of the posts.
