They are based on the current legislation of the Spanish State, as well as on the basic principles for conducting research studies, with emphasis on research with human beings based on the protection of human rights and human dignity, reflected in the Helsinki Declaration and the Oviedo Convention, as well as in the regulations on the protection of personal data. Scope of approval: the approved project was called “Learning Artificial Intelligence in pre-university education”, and its scope was limited to the pre-university students that participated in the AI+ project.

On the one hand, through specific agreements with the partners in the framework of the Erasmus+ projects 2019-1-ES01-KA201-065742 and 2022-1-ES01-KA220-VET-000089813, and on the other hand, through the consent validated by the ethics committee of the University of Coruña, approved on 18/04/2022.
