: This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of National Changhua University of Education, Taiwan (ROC), in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki. The approval number is NCUEREC-111-043, and the approval date was August 29, 2022. The approval covers all interventions and data collection processes conducted in this study.
: Written informed consent was obtained from the parents or legal guardians of all participants before the study began. The consent covered participation in the study, data collection, and publication of the research findings. The consent process was conducted by C-JL on September 5, 2022. All participants and their legal guardians were informed that anonymity would be maintained, and participation was voluntary, with the option to withdraw at any time.
