Participants voluntarily agreed to participate, their think-aloud processes to be recorded, transcribed, and used the data for publication and thesis purposes. The participants were informed about the objectives of the study, the confidentiality of their responses, no risk on the study, and their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. All data were anonymised to protect participant identity.
