: This research was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Committee (REC) at Najran University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in compliance with the ethical standards of the National Committee for Bioethics at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology. Approval was granted under the reference number 202403-076-019341-043956 for the project titled “Development, Psychometric Evaluation, and Network Structure of The Educational Leadership: Two Scales, One for Psychologists and Psychiatrists in Clinical Settings, and Another for Behavioral Science University Professors,” with an approval date of March 2024, and an expiry date of March 2025. The study was approved on the condition that it adhered strictly to the submitted protocol, with any amendments requiring prior approval.
: Prior to the commencement of the research procedures, written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Participants were fully informed of the purpose of the study, the scope of their participation, how their data would be used, and assured that their anonymity and confidentiality would be maintained throughout the research process. They were also informed of their right to withdraw from the study without facing any repercussions. For vulnerable participants, consent was appropriately obtained from their legal guardians following a clear explanation of the research objectives and procedures. No incentives or payments were offered for participation. The study involved non-interventional research, including surveys and questionnaires, and participants were explicitly made aware of the reasons for conducting the research, the intended use of the data, and that there were no anticipated risks to their participation. All methods were conducted according to the relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to the commencement of the research procedures, written informed consent was obtained from all participants. As mentioned in the method section, the data collection phase, was conducted after receiving ethical approval in March 2024.
