: There was no established ethical review board available at my institution, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh-3114, to review and approve research studies. As a result, there was no formal ethical approval body to provide ethical clearance for this study. Even though the researcher could not get formal ethical approval for this study, he put utmost sincerity into maintaining the standard ethical guidelines to protect the rights and welfare of participants through informed consent and confidentiality of information. Moreover, the validity of the study has been ensured with utmost authenticity.
: At the time of data collection informed consent of the respondents was collected through a consent form. Once they provided informed consent, the data collection process started. In this context, respondents were informed about the topic of the research, its objective, the use of data, and the data storage system. More importantly, they were free to withdraw from the interview at any time during the interview. Respondents provided consent with the conditions that their data should not be disclosed publicly, the information should be used for research purposes only, and their direct name should not be used in the report. As a result, pseudonyms have been used.
