: Title of Study: Exploring Numerology for Businesses: A Bold Leap of Faith. Principal investigator: Dr. Kumaraguru Mahadevan, Central Queensland University, Sydney Campus. Purpose of the study: This study explores the integration of numerology into human resource management (HRM) as a supplementary tool for recruitment and leadership evaluation, focusing on its potential to enhance the alignment of personality traits with organisational needs. Participation details: Participants in this study will provide information via interviews, surveys, or similar methods. Data collection will include birth-related numerical attributes and professional experiences, analysed to establish correlations with HR practices and leadership styles.
