: On April 12, 2023, the Human Participants Ethics Committee of the Special Education College at Leshan Normal University reviewed and approved this study (Approval No. 2023016) in accordance with the ethical standards outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (5th revision, 2000) and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines. The approval covers the investigation of the use of information and communication tools among special education teachers in Sichuan Province, the collection of data on their use of these tools in teaching, and the permission to analyze the collected data using statistical measures such as percentages, frequencies, t-tests, and regression analysis.
