: All procedures performed in the study, being with human participants, conformed to the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its subsequent amendments. The study was approved by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training through its Provincial Directorate on 31 October 2022. This approval allowed access to all schools in the city during the 2022-2023 academic year. Reference: SIE/AGM.
: In addition to the permission of the Provincial Directorate, the schools that participated in the study requested informed consent from parents or legal guardians because the participants were minors. However, the students gave their explicit consent to participate in this experience voluntarily and anonymously, following the indications given by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
