: The manuscript does not include information regarding Ethics Committee or Institutional Review Board approval because the participants have been informed that the data collected will be used exclusively for research and non-commercial purposes, in aggregate and anonymous form. The research falls under the exemption criteria as per Ethiopian National Research Ethics Guidelines () indicating that in the case of research activities involving surveys ethical approval is not required as long as the participants are guaranteed the conditions of anonymity. Ethical approval was also not sought from the home Institution in compliance with the code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003), updated with the new legislative decree (Legislative Decree 101/2018) adapting the Italian legislation to the European regulation on privacy (EU Reg. no. 679/2016, GDPR).
: Prior to the collection of data, verbally informed consent was obtained from the participants involved. Participants were completely informed of the study’s objective, methods, and ramifications. They have previously been notified of their rights, which include the freedom to withdraw from the research at any time without penalty. The researcher remained objective throughout the data collecting, analysis, and presenting process. Their personal thoughts or opinions had no impact on the research procedure and confidentiality has been observed during the whole study.
