: Approval for the Climate Nudge-survey was obtained from the Institutional review board (IRB) of The Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) on November 16, 2021 (approval ID was THL/5836/6.02.01/2021). The scope of approval included research plan, questionnaire, cover letter, and privacy statement. The procedures used in this study adhere to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki. Data were gathered following the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

: The cover letter sent to participants emphasised that their involvement was voluntary, and their information would be kept confidential and anonymous, and that individual respondents cannot be identified in the results. Participants were also informed that the anonymized data will be transferred to the Finnish Social Science Data Archive. The consent was obtained from the participants when the data was collected, between May and August 2022.
