: We confirm that all subjects were treated in accordance with established ethical standards outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments and with the ethical standards of the institutional Research Ethics Committee. All respondents participated voluntarily, provided informed consent, and were fully informed about the study’s purpose, as well as the use and storage of their responses. The informed consent form, presented at the beginning of the interview, detailed the study’s objectives and ensured voluntary participation. Ethical approval for this research was granted by the Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Education at Charles University on 31 October 2022 (approval number: UKPedF/544468/2022).
: Written informed consent was obtained from every participant by a trained interviewer at the beginning of the interview, which took place in November 2022. Each participant was provided with a Participant Information Sheet detailing the purpose of the research, how their data would be utilised, and an assurance of their anonymity. The informed consent covered participation, data use, and consent to publish. In addition, anonymised data from other school representatives were obtained from the National Pedagogical Institute of the Czech Republic, which had collected the data as part of a publicly funded project. Respondents had previously consented to providing data to this institution under a formal agreement that included provisions for data sharing for research purposes. The authors received only anonymised data with no access to any personally identifiable information. According to institutional policy and relevant national legislation, no additional informed consent was required for the secondary use of these anonymised data. A written confirmation of this exemption has been submitted with the paper.
