: The questionnaire and methodology for this study were approved by the Ethics Committee of the affiliated university (Ethics approval number: 2023LL001) on May 31st, 2023. By vote, the Ethics Committee confirmed that all research was performed in accordance with relevant guidelines applicable when human participants were involved.
: Before filling in the questionnaires, all adolescents were told that this study was intended to explore the relationship between language and social competence. Then, all adolescents read and signed a written informed consent on June 20th, 2023. The written informed consent stated that all data would be stored and processed anonymously, only for the purpose of this research, with no adverse effects on them.
