: This study involved the analysis of aggregated data without individual identification. The research adheres to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and complies with Ecuadorian national regulations for research involving human participants, specifically the Law on Personal Data Protection (Quinto Suplemento N° 459—Registro Oficial, 2021) promulgated by the National Assembly of Ecuador.
: Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their involvement in the study, although the research collected only aggregated data without individual identification. This approach is consistent with the provisions of the Ecuadorian Law on Personal Data Protection. No personally identifiable information was processed during this research, and all analyses were conducted on anonymized, aggregated datasets, eliminating risks of personal data exposure or identification of individuals.
