: Prior to each interview, the research team (authors of this manuscript) provided the interviewee with a statement containing details about the nature of the research, how the data they provided would be used and stored, and a guarantee of anonymity. This statement is developed according to the guidelines outlined in the Swedish Research Council guidelines on ethics and . Interviewees were also informed about our intent to publish academic papers based on the data provided by them. Interviews were conducted during the period 03.04.2019 and 20.11.2019, and each interviewee provided a signed consent form either prior to the interview or directly after the interview. All interviewees were preceded by a short summary of the project, the purposes of the research and the interviewee was asked to confirm their assent to the interview.
