: Ethics approval and informed consent were not sought, as the respondents were adults completing a brief, non-anonymized survey. Given that only publicly available information was requested as part of the review, a formal ethical review by the institutional ethics board was not deemed necessary. This approach aligns with established national guidelines for stakeholders’ anonymous engagement in consultation processes Namely, according to Sikt – Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research, if a research project does not process personal data, there is no obligation to notify Sikt or obtain ethical approval.
: Informed consent was obtained through participants' positive responses to our email request for information on 15th of May 2024. In the case of participants who responded via a Google Form survey, consent was provided by agreeing to the standard terms and conditions.
