: Ethical approval was granted by the Ethical Committee of the Faculty of Psychology, Southwest University (IRB No.H24103) on 10th January 2024. The procedures used in this study adhere to the tenets of the Declaration of Helsinki.
: Written informed consent for participation was obtained from all respondents who participated in this study’s interview. Teachers were asked to sign and return the consent form. The interviews were conducted from 22nd January 2024 to 6th February 2024, among secondary school teachers in Cameroon.
