: Approval was obtained from the ethics committee of Ondokuz Mayıs University (Approval Number: 2023-1056; Date of Approval: December 2023). Research procedures were performed in accordance with the ethical standards and guidelines outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and the ethical regulations applicable to research involving human participants. The approval covered all aspects of the study, including participant recruitment, informed consent, data collection, and data handling. All participants were informed of their rights, and confidentiality and anonymity were strictly maintained throughout the research process.

: Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Consent was obtained by the researcher during the interview scheduling process in January 2024. All participants were informed about the purpose of the study, the voluntary nature of their participation, their right to withdraw at any time without penalty, and the confidentiality of their responses. The consent covered participation in the interviews, use of anonymized data for analysis, and consent for publication of the research findings.
