: Ethical approval was not obtained. This research was approved by the University Board of Postgraduate Studies to be carried out. Ethical guidelines under the Science, Technology and Innovation Act No. 28 of 2013 require mandatory approvals for biomedical research, which this study is not. The study adhered to all applicable ethical standards and guidelines for other regular studies as set forth by the National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation.

: Prior to the commencement of data collection exercise, all the participants were provided with detailed information about the study’s procedures and fully informed about the purpose of the research and the study aims, their rights as respondents (including the right to refuse participation or withdraw from the study at any time), and the measures taken to ensure their confidentiality and anonymity. Written informed consent was obtained on 20th February 2023 from all the participants before taking part in the study.
