: The Ethics Committee of the School of Business, Shanghai Dianji University approved the expert interview on March 4th, 2025 (reference number 2025030401). The process follows the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki (2013). A new analysis (analytic hierarchy process) was done due to referee comments; thus, the ethical approval was obtained after the paper’s initial submission. The committee was aware that this study needs human participants at a reviewer’s request during manuscript revision, and the discussion was after this paper’s initial submission and before the revision.

: The informed consent statement was obtained on March 4th, 2025; the informed consent statement was obtained on the same day when the ethical approval was obtained, but the informed consent statement was obtained after the ethical approval was obtained. Authors read out the informed consent statement to the participants orally; participants were informed that the interview form was anonymous and data would be used solely for research purposes and stored confidentially on a computer. The participants gave oral consent before participating.
