: This study was performed in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Approval was granted by the local Ethics Committee of UniDistance Suisse (approval number: 2024-05-00002, approved June 3, 2024). A portion of the data collection began prior to this date; however, the president of the Ethics Committee explicitly acknowledged and approved this, confirming that the study’s procedures met the required ethical standards.
: Participant recruitment and data collection began in February 2024 and continued until November 2024. Although written informed consent was not collected, participants were informed about the study’s purpose, procedures, and their rights before participating. Participation was entirely voluntary, and participants could withdraw at any time without consequence. No incentives were given for participation. The study was fully anonymous, with no personally identifiable information being collected.
