: This study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, India (Approval No: IEC-AIMS-2023-SSCS-148), on June 5, 2023, prior to participant recruitment and data collection. All procedures involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the university’s research ethics guidelines and the ethical standards of the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. The approval covered all aspects of the study, including participant recruitment, informed consent, data collection through interviews, and data anonymization for publication.

: Informed consent was obtained electronically from all participants prior to data collection (June-September 2023) via a secure online form administered by the lead researcher. The form detailed the researcher’s credentials, study purpose and procedures, confidentiality and anonymity assurances, the voluntary nature of participation, right to withdraw at any time, and permission to audio-record interviews. Participants also consented to the use of anonymized quotations in academic publications. No minors or vulnerable individuals were involved.
