: Ethical approval for this study was granted by the Ethics Committee of the College of Economics and Management, South China Agricultural University (Ref. 20211215), on December 15, 2021. The research was conducted in accordance with institutional guidelines and the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
: Electronic informed consent was obtained on the survey landing page immediately before any questions were displayed. After reading the information sheet (purpose, voluntariness, anonymity, and research-only use of data), respondents could exit without responding; completion and submission of the questionnaire constituted consent. For the main survey, the first consent was recorded on 22 April 2022 and the last consent on 24 April 2022. All responses were anonymous and treated as confidential. No vulnerable individuals were included in this study.
