: The Institutional Review Board at Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women, Coimbatore, approved this study (Ref. no. AUW/IHEC/COM-21-22/XPD01) on 8 July 2022. All procedures performed in studies involving human participants were conducted in accordance with the ethical standards of the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. All research procedures were performed following the guidelines and regulations outlined by the approving body.

: Every individual taking part in the study gave their informed consent. A brief informed consent statement was presented in the introduction of the questionnaire which was administered during the period of September 2023. Moreover, confidentiality and anonymity were assured, as this study did not collect identifying details such as names and email addresses and gave assurance that the information gathered from them will only be utilized for research purposes and not for any commercial endeavours. Consent included permission for the use of anonymized data in academic publications resulting from this research.
