: The study protocol was approved by the Andalusian Regional Ministry of Health’s Ethics Coordinating Committee for Biomedical Research (Sevilla, Andalucía, Spain, ID:0294-N-22) on 29 March 2022. Approval covered the recruitment of adult participants and the collection and analysis of focus group and interview data, ensuring confidentiality and data pseudonymization. All procedures were performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional committee and the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, as amended, and followed Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
: Written informed consent was obtained by the first author from all adult participants prior to their inclusion in the study. The signed consent forms were collected electronically via email between April and June 2022 (specifically on April 05, April 19, May 13, May 16, May 19, May 23, June 03), before scheduling the individual interviews and the focus group session. Participants were fully informed about the purpose of the research, the procedures involved, and that their data would be used for analysis and publication. All information that could identify a participant was assigned an alphanumeric code, which was pseudo-anonymized, and this was explained to participants in the study information sheet to ensure confidentiality and privacy.
