: This research was reviewed and approved by the ETH Zurich Ethics Commission under the number EK 2023-N-275 on October 23, 2023. Although the research project formally began prior to the ethical approval process, no external participants were involved until ethical approval had been obtained. The first interviews with participants outside the research team were conducted on 27 November 2023, after approval was granted. All procedures were carried out in the accordance with the ETH Ethics Guidelines and the European Commission’s document “Ethics in Social Science and Humanities” , which are consistent with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and comparable international ethical standards.

: Written informed consent was obtained from all interview participants prior to the interviews (conducted between November 2023 and February 2024). Oral informed consent was obtained from all workshop participants before the workshops started (held in June 2023, December 2023, and November 2024). The scope of the written consent entails information about the research objectives, participation, potential risks, anonymization of collected data, data use, and consent to publish. Participants were also given the possibility to review manuscripts prior to publication, and all participants had the chance to review the manuscript before submission.
