This UCO Code of Responsible Practices and Research Integrity does not require prior approval for research of this type. The Code states that “All researchers have the obligation to transmit the principles and good practices described below to the persons whose research tasks they coordinate or direct, not allowing practices that call them into question”. The research has been conducted following the ethical principles of honesty, responsibility, respect, freedom, recognition, impartiality and independence, fairness, transparency, and accountability.
: Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in the study. Informed consent was required by the Survey Platform prior to the start of the survey. The University of Córdoba does not require formal written informed consent for anonymous survey-based studies that do not collect personal or sensitive data. However, prior to beginning the questionnaire, participants were shown an information screen within the survey application explaining the purpose of the study, the voluntary nature of participation, the anonymity of the responses, and the exclusive academic use of the data. Only after acknowledging this information could respondents proceed to complete the survey. No identifiable information was collected at any stage.
