: Informed consent was obtained from all interview participants prior to data collection. Each interviewee was provided with clear written and verbal information about the study’s purpose, procedures, potential risks and benefits. They were informed of how data would be stored and how confidentiality would be ensured in subsequent publications. They were informed of their voluntary participation and their right to withdraw at any time without consequence. Participants were given the opportunity to ask questions before agreeing to participate. Interview data was collected between July 2021 and December 2022, and consent was documented in writing prior to the commencement of each interview.
