: This research did not involve human participants or their data, as it was based entirely on document analysis of publicly available reports, press releases, and media coverage. The methodology consisted of collecting and analyzing secondary data from the Annual Crisis Reports of the Institute for Crisis Management for the years 2007–2021 and related newspaper articles and press materials about sexual harassment crises that received media attention during this period. Therefore, ethical approval from an institutional review board or ethics committee was not required for this study. The research was conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines for social science research, with particular attention to ensuring the accuracy and proper citation of all secondary sources used. All sources accessed were in the public domain, and the analysis maintained objectivity when examining organizational responses to sexual harassment cases.
: This study does not involve human participants or their data as it exclusively utilized document analysis of publicly available materials. No interviews, surveys, or direct data collection from individuals were conducted. As such, informed consent was not applicable for this research design.
