: All procedures performed in this study involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. This study was approved by the Shenzhen Party School & Shenzhen Institute of Administration on January 11, 2024, with the approval number 2024013. The approval covers all data collection and usage related to this study.
: Data were collected through an online self-administered survey distributed on social media platforms, university email lists, and via email invitations. This study was a non-interventional one. Before data collection, all participants were fully informed that their anonymity would be guaranteed, the purpose of the study, how their data would be used, and that there were no risks involved in participation. Informed consent was obtained in May 2024.
