: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the College of Distance Education Registry, University of Cape Coast (Approval No.: CoDE/P/162/3), on August 4, 2024. The study was conducted in accordance with internationally recognised ethical standards for research involving human participants, including the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
: Informed consent was obtained from all postgraduate distance learning facilitators across the study centres prior to their participation in the study on September 7, 2024. Participants were fully informed about the purpose of the study, the procedures involved, potential risks and benefits, confidentiality and anonymity measures, and their right to withdraw from the study at any time without penalty. Participation was entirely voluntary.
