: This study was performed in line with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki an ethical approval decision was taken for this study. Ethical approval committee name: Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Committee of the University of Akdeniz, Ethics approval number: 414, Date: 02 October 2023. The permission addressed every aspect of the study, including recruiting participants, conducting interviews, and collecting, archiving, and analysing data.

: Each participant in this study gave written informed consent (3-4 October 2023) prior to the interview. All participants were thoroughly informed about the research, including the study’s objective, interview process, voluntary nature of participation, their freedom to decline or withdraw at any time without repercussions, and the confidentiality safeguards in place. Participants were made aware that all data would be anonymised after transcription and that no personally identifying information would be published. It further announced that no payments or incentives would be provided to participants. All participants were aged 18 years or above. There were no withdrawals from the study. The institutional to ethical guidelines pertaining to the preservation of participants in research has been completely adhered to by the study.
