: Informed consent for this study was obtained starting on 3/8/2021. Before beginning the study participants read an informed consent sheet that outlined the topic, length of the survey, that there were no risks involved with participation, and that data from the survey would be published but would not include any information that would be personally identifiable. After reading this information participants provided their consent by selecting the option that they agree to participate in the study.
