: The study was conducted with strict adherence to the ethical principles outlined in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval for this study, including the interview guide and methodology, was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the study institution on 20 September 2023 (Ethics Application Number: REC2023177). Throughout the research process, every effort was made to prioritize participant safety, well-being, and confidentiality in accordance with the information sheet. All eligible participants who agreed to take part in this study and consented to the publication of their data in a journal article were required to provide signed informed consent on the day of the interview, following a comprehensive briefing on the study’s purpose and procedures. They were assured that their personal information would be handled with the utmost care, ensuring anonymity and privacy at all stages. The ethical commitment to respecting participants’ rights and safeguarding their dignity was central to every aspect of the research.
