: This study was approved on October 12, 2024, by Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (SUMS) ethical committee, with the ethical approval code: IR.SUMS.NUMIMG.REC.1403.079. In this study, all ethical principles for research involving human subjects, as outlined by the Helsinki Declaration, were strictly observed. Personal information of the interviewees, such as names, addresses, and other identifiers, was kept strictly confidential and not disclosed. All data will be securely stored for a minimum of one year following the publication of the article. Furthermore, all stages of the research were conducted by researchers who have no conflicts of interest related to the study topic or the organizations involved.
: Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their involvement in the interviews during the data collection process, which was conducted in 2025. Additionally, in accordance with the ethical standards of qualitative research, participants were granted the right to withdraw from the study at any time, without any obligation, should they choose to do so. Informed consent was obtained prior to conduction of each interview.
