: Written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to each interview by the research team from the School of Management, Ocean University of China, between September 2024 and January 2025. All participants were adult employees and managers, and no vulnerable individuals were involved. All participants were informed that participation was voluntary, that no identifying information would be collected, that the data obtained would be used solely for academic research and publication, and that there were no risks associated with participation.
