: This Malaysian study received ethical approval from the Universiti Malaya Research Ethics Committee (UMREC, Ref. No. UM.TNC2/UMREC_3190) in January 2024 and from the Institutional Ethics Review Committee of IUBAT, Bangladesh (Ref. No. 2024/IUBAT/IRB/005) on 20th April 2024. Dual approval satisfies Article 23(3) of the Declaration of Helsinki, and the study was conducted in full accordance with the Declaration.
: Written informed consent for participation was obtained from respondents who participated in the survey between 21st April and 23rd November 2024. No data was collected from anyone under 18 years old.
