: This study involving human participants was carried out in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments, and was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Wuxi University, Wuxi, China (Approval No. 0147, dated 04-October-2024).
: We obtained written informed consent from all participants in November 2024. The consent form explicitly stated that the survey focused on management practices and employee opinions within the organization. It further assured participants that the survey was strictly anonymous, all data would remain confidential and be used exclusively for academic research purposes, and that participation posed no risks to the respondents.
