Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (approval number: MAKSSREC04.2022.592; approval date: October 6, 2022) and from Ewha Womans University (approval number: 202209-0010-05; approval date: September 4, 2022).
: Verbal informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to participation during data collection in October 2022, as approved by the relevant Institutional Review Boards. Additional safeguards were applied where participants were considered part of a vulnerable population.
