The survey data utilized in this study were granted umbrella ethical approval by the University of Kent (Ethics ID: 202015872211976468, approved on April 18, 2020) and complied with the ethical standards, norms, and legal regulations of each country in which data collection took place. The data were collected between April 22 and June 3, 2020, during which informed consent was obtained from all participants for their participation in the study and the publication of results based on their deidentified data.
